To get matched on our site you need to have mutual likes with another member in the Like Gallery. After your mutual likes are sent to each other, you will see a new match in the ‘Matches’ section of the Like Gallery. Press on the profile of your match and send them a message to start your communication.

How to gain more matches?

There are many ways to increase your popularity with potential partners on the site. We recommend that you start by updating your profile information and photos. Add more positive photos that showcase your interests and lifestyle. Go to the Like Gallery and start sending likes to all singles you like. The more likes you send, the more chances you have of finding a match. You can also buy our additional features that can increase the popularity of your profile. How can I block people here?

Open the profile you want to block, find the three dots in the top right corner of the profile and click there. You will see a drop-down menu with two options: block and report. Press the ‘Block’ option. If you want to unblock a profile, press the ‘Unblock’ button that appears under their photo.

How to update my preferences?

Press on your avatar in the upper right corner of any page on the site, select the ‘My Profile’ option and find the ‘Looking for’ section on your profile page. Press the ‘Edit’ button and change the options as needed.

How can I get matched with other users?

To get matched on our site you need to have mutual likes with another member in the Like Gallery. Press the ‘Like Gallery’ button in the upper left corner of any page on the site. View the singles and hit the heart icon if you like them or the cross if you don't. After you receive a reciprocal like from someone, you will see your new match in the ‘Matches’ section of the Like Gallery.

How am I supposed to know if a message I sent was read?

To see if your message has been read, you must be a Full Member and purchase our ‘Get read receipt’ feature. When using this feature, all your messages read by the recipient will be marked with two green checkmarks. To learn more about our extra features, press the ‘Get Extra’ button in the upper right corner of any page on the site.

Can I refine my matches?

To get matched on our site you need to have mutual likes with another member in the Like Gallery. If you want to get matches only to your taste, only like those who you are really interested in. Then you won't have unsuitable matches.

Can I delete messages from people I no longer communicate with?

Yes, you can do this. Open your chat with the person you want to delete messages from. Press the three dots in the upper right corner of the chat-window, and then press the ‘Delete chat’ option. This option is available for Full Members only.

How do I report a problem?

To report a problem, press your avatar in the upper right corner of any page on the site, select the ‘Get Support’ option, go to the ‘Contact us’ section, fill the form and send it to us. Please describe your problem in detail in the ‘Message’ field to get help from us as soon as possible.

How can I report a person?

To report a user you can press the three dots in the upper right corner of their profile and select the ‘Report’ option. After that you will see a window where you need to choose the reason why you are reporting this user. Then press the ‘Report Member’ button.

How can I save my preferred profiles?

Open the profile you like, press on the ‘Add to favourites’ star. The user you add will then get a notification about this action. The favourites list is available in the ‘My favourites’ section on the ‘My Profile’ page.

How does the Search operate?

On the Search page you can see all members on the site and sort them using special filters such as age, location, appearance, etc. The Search page has three sections: All Members, Online Now, and New Members.

Is everything here free?

We have two types of membership: Free Membership and Full Membership. Our Free Membership does not require any fee. Our Full Membership requires payment. It includes more features to help you find matches faster. In addition, we have extra features that are also available for purchase.

Must I have a subscription to receive messages?

No, it's not obligatory. Free Members also receive messages.

My match has no photos - what can I do?

You can send a request to anybody without a photo to upload a primary photo by pressing on the ‘Ask for a photo’ text link that can be found in their profile or the search results.

What does ‘match’ mean?

How did this happen?

Account hijacking scams occur when a fraudster obtains login credentials - either directly from the account holder or from an external source - in order to gain access to their online accounts. Unfortunately, you can now no longer use this account as it could pose a security risk to our site, yourself, and other members. To create a new BeNaughty account, you need to contact our support team.

For what reasons could BeNaughty block an account?

The most common reason for blocking an account is the violation of our Terms of Use. The violations include, but are not limited to:

  • False personal information such as name, address, age, identity, or criminal history;
  • Inappropriate behaviour that violates our Terms of Use;
  • Fundraising from matches;
  • Verbal or physical abuse;
  • Violation of other users’ privacy.

Why did you block my account?

The most common reason for blocking an account is violation of our Terms of Use. Am I supposed to pay to create a profile?

No, the creation of your BeNaughty profile is absolutely free.

Is my photo automatically displayed on my profile?

All photos uploaded by our users are moderated by our anti-fraud system first. When your photo is approved, it will appear on your profile automatically.

How can I add or delete a photo from my profile?

To add photos to your profile page, press your avatar in the upper right corner of any site page and select ‘My Profile’ from the drop-down menu. Press the ‘Add photos’ field or the ‘My Photos’ button in the upper left corner of your profile page. There you have two options – to upload your photo from your device or to take a new photo, using your webcam or cam. To delete your photo go to the ‘My Profile’ section, press the ‘My photos’ button, then hover the cursor over the photo you want to delete and press the cross to complete the action.

How do I change my settings such as age, height or profile name?

To change your username and age, go to the ‘My Profile’ section, press the ‘Edit’ button, enter your new username and choose your age options. To change your additional information such as weight, height, education, etc., scroll the 'Profile' page down, find the ‘Additional info’ block, press the ‘Edit’ button, and select the options you want to change.

Can I change my gender?

To change your gender on our site you need to contact our Customer Care team. Press your avatar, choose the ‘Get support’ section from the drop-down menu, choose the ‘How do I change gender/orientation on my profile?’ subject, then describe your issue in the ‘message’ field and press ‘Send’ to deliver your request.

How can I edit my profile?

How can I register at BeNaughty?

Help me create an impressive profile

You can upload images in a .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format. Size limits of no less than 480 x 480 px, and no bigger than 12MB are applied.

You cannot upload:

  • Group photos (shots of you with anyone else: friends, relatives, children etc.).
  • Photos that are not yours (photos of your girlfriend/boyfriend or anyone of the opposite sex if you are registered as single).
  • Photos containing personal information (including web links, IM numbers, email addresses, phone numbers or home addresses etc.).
  • Photos containing images of weapons, drugs, alcohol or cigarettes.
  • Photos containing illegal/inappropriate material (e.g. offensive gestures, violence or death).
  • Photos of children or celebrities.

Why don't I see my profile updates?

It usually takes 15-20 minutes for your information to be approved. Our approval team is available 24/7, so you don't have to wait and lose potential contacts. If you do not see any updates after the verification period has passed, please contact us and we will find the technical issue you are experiencing.

Why don't I see my photo on the profile?

Before your photo appears on the site it must be approved by our anti-fraud system. If you have uploaded a photo and it is not yet on your profile, this means that your photo is still under moderation. Please wait for your photo to be approved.

Why did you reject my photo?

Your photo may have been rejected due to one or several main disapproval reasons. We reject:

  • Group photos (shots of you with anyone else: friends, relatives, children etc.).

What should I do to change my email address?

To change your email address:

  • Press on your avatar in the top right corner of any site page and go to the ‘My Settings’ tab;
  • Press on the ‘Change your email’ field to change your address. Then enter your current password to continue;
  • Enter the new email address and press the ‘Save’ button.

Once you have changed your email address it must be verified. We do this by sending a new password to the new email address you have provided. Once you have logged in using the new password you will regain full access to the site.

How do I change my password?

If you would like to change your password:

  • Press on your avatar in the top right corner of any site page and go to the ‘My Settings’ tab;
  • Press on the ‘Change your password’ field. Enter your old password and the new one, retype it in the appropriate box and press the ‘Save’ button.

How can I change the visibility of my profile on the site?

If you would like to get seen by more members, you can purchase extra features that enable this. The ‘Higher in search’ feature gives you a top position in the search results list. The ‘Top in messenger’ feature gives you the top position in other members’ messengers. The ‘Get seen by x5 more people’ feature boosts your position in the Like Gallery.

How do I log in and log out?

If you already have a BeNaughty profile, visit our Benaughty.co.uk home page, press the ‘Login’ link in the upper right corner of the page, enter your email address and password and press the ‘Log in’ button. To log out, press your avatar in the upper right corner of any page on the site and select the ‘Log out’ option from the drop-down menu.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you happen to forget your password and can’t log in to the site, press the ‘Forgot Password?’ in the login form, type in the email you used for registration, and wait until we email you a link to change your password.

What browsers can I use to open the BeNaughty site?

You can use any browser to enjoy our site. Just update your browser to its latest version.

I can't send messages. What is the reason?

We are sorry that you are facing difficulties. Please note that our Free Membership has certain limits on messaging. You can send up to 5 messages a day to different users, and no more than 1 message to each user. With Full Membership you can send an unlimited number of messages to an unlimited number of users daily.

Our site operates no-refund policy. How do I update my payment details?

To amend your credit card details you need to do so after your current membership expires, after which the ‘Upgrade now’ button will appear. I want to delete my profile and have not used my entire subscription yet. Will I receive a refund?

  4. You can switch from weekly to annual and turn recurring billing on and off. iTunes does not offer refunds on subscriptions, but to end future automatic payments you can turn recurring billing off.

What is the price of a BeNaughty subscription?

Dear user, our prices may vary depending on your location and other circumstances. But you can always open our Payment Page and check all the current prices and discounts available for your account. To go to the Payment Page, just press the ‘Upgrade now’ button in the upper right corner of any page on the site.

What will I see on my credit card account?

You will see on your bank statement the name of our billing descriptor, not the name of the site, we do not show the name of the dating site to keep your privacy. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you the exact name of the billing descriptor, as we have different payment gateways which may change. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Why was my subscription renewed automatically?

We operate a repeat billing policy. This means that once your initial membership period has expired, for your convenience, your membership will automatically be renewed. Rebilling will occur only when your current payment period expires and not before. If you do not want your membership to be automatically renewed you can cancel automatic billing any time before the collection date.

Why did you not accept my card?

There are many reasons why your card may be denied by our system. The most common are:

  • Insufficient funds available.
  • Invalid card details.
  • Your billing address does not match the address on your card statement.
  • The CVV/CVV2 number is incorrect or incomplete.

Will my profile remain on the site after the subscription ends?

If you have cancelled repeat billing, you can still take full advantage of your current membership plan. Once your subscription expires, your membership will become a free one. This means you will still be able to use your profile as a free member.

Can the users of your other dating sites see my BeNaughty profile?

Please note that we have many dating sites with different databases, and some of our users choose to be a member of more than one of our sites in order to get more opportunities for online dating. However, the members of other dating sites cannot view your profile.

To report a user you can press the three dots in the upper right corner of their profile and select the ‘Report’ option. Make sure you know how to save copies of your online dating conversations. They can be helpful when investigating.

I've got a match, can I share my personal information?

We recommend that you do not provide personal information too soon. Never give out your full name, home address, telephone number or any other sensitive personal information unless you know who you're dealing with. Armed with just your home phone number, a person can easily gain access to your income information, home address, and even learn the value of your home. This website works using an anonymous email and chat system where none of your online personal information is made available to other members.
